Well it's been awhile since we talked about this product. Driven Sports early this week hinted that some 'V2' was coming soon. And since they very rarely post to their Facebook page, it had to be important. The rumors started swirling and eventually they posted that Craze V2 would be released.

What About Frenzy?

After the removal of the original Craze from the market, Driven Sports had to come out with another pre-workout to take it's place. This is where Frenzy came in. It was a great supplement, but nothing like Craze. So why not take the highlights of Frenzy to help create a new breed of pre-workout.

New Research - Add 5.6 Lbs of Muscle in 30 Days by Mixing Toilet Water with Protein Powder

Review on Motiv-8 Burn

Right from the start the packaging looks very nice, not a bunch of distractions keeping me away from the “good stuff” I want to read about prior to taking this formula. The label explains exactly what it is for the most part. The only drawback I had was that the Motiv-8 Burn Matrix was listed as a proprietary blend and didn’t specify how much of each ingredient you were getting per serving. Also doesn’t seem to mention anywhere the caffeine content which turned me off a bit. I’m a bit sensitive to stimulants and would like to know what I’m getting into before taking it. With all that being said, let’s break down Motiv-8 Burn section by section.

Taste

I tried the Island Punch Flavor and I thought it was pretty good, especially since it is a sugar free product. Most sugar free products seem to be lacking in flavor however Island Punch tasted really good. I diluted one scoop in probably about 24 ounces of water because I don’t like things too sweet as it is, and it tasted really good. It is very comparable to a light Kool-Aid if you ask me.

Motiv-8 Burn comes in 3 flavors:

• Blue Raspberry
• Cherry Lemonade
• Island Punch

I’m intrigued to try the other 2 flavors, especially the Cherry Lemonade. Mind you all three of these flavors are sugar free. It looks like they use Sucralose to flavor them.

Label

Like I mentioned above, the label is pretty solid. The bottle is a white bottle with different shades of purple and grey that really gives the description some vibrance.  I’ve seen thousands of supplements and different labels and I’d say this is one of the best visual representations of a fat burning powder I have seen. The label explains a little bit about the ingredients inside the supplement and also provides clear directions on how to take it. What I didn’t like is the fact that it is a proprietary blend so you can’t tell how much of what you are getting. I also didn’t like that nowhere on the label was the caffeine content. According to the label, it would appear that there is more Taurine than Caffeine which I found interesting.

Effect

I tend to take a pre-workout from time to time, typically after lunch to give me a boost for the rest of the day. I decided to swap out what I normally take, Amino Energy by Optimum Nutrition, and try Motiv-8 Burn instead and see how I liked it. I actually felt a good surge of energy and was able to focus better after I took it. I’m not too sure on the whole appetite suppressing thing since I ate right before, but I’m sure that is effective as well. Motiv-8 Performance Driven Supplements Motiv-8 Burn claims to burn fat, reduce appetite, enhance your mood and also give you energy. I definitely felt an enhancement on my mood and also a great surge of steady energy that lasted for many hours. I’m impressed with this supplement and I’m going to start rotating it into my normal regimen.
